How can I do megan fox's workout at the gym?
Interval/low intensity cardio???
Im already on her diet now I need to know how to do her workout so that I can burn fat like crazy (:

  1. I've seen it once but I'm afraid I don't remember the details. However below is interval training. Basically going from low speed to fast and back and forth helps you burn fat at the higher rate because your body gets tricked.You can over train by doing it too many times a week if your doing it super intensely.
