    You cite her worst movie Catwomen? Halle Berry is a better actress and better looking than Megan Fox. Without tons of make-up at age 40+ see still looks good, take away Megan Fox's make-up and she looks like a normal person.

    Halley Berry is a winner of an Oscar for Best Actress in Monster's Ball (2001); therefore, I vote for Halle Berry. an accomplished and proven actor. I am not familiar with Megan Fox 's work but I expect she is a newcomer who may rise to the heights of best actress one year, until then, Halle Berry is probably her inspiration.     actress in true means is def. halle berry. She can deal with it perfectly.Megan fox is good, but still relatively new.Both of them are amazing in their own unique ways.
