Is there some reason why megan fox does this in pictures latley?

I continually see pictures of Megan Fox doing this. Is it just to be silly for the paparazzi or is there some specific reason?

Where can I find a jacket like the one Megan Fox Wears in Transformers 2?

I'm looking for a pink and white jacket which Megan Fox wears later in the movie when they're in Egypt (picture here http://www.denimblog.com/celebs/megan-fox-on-the-set-of-transformers-2-in-blank-studded-skinny-jeans.html). I have found a comment that said Mossomi made it for Target. I have tried searching for something similar to this jacket on eBay, Google etc yet still can't find it, please can someone help me?
